Customer services
Our award-winning customer services team are the face of UW. They’re the ones who resolve our customers’ and Partners’ problems across phone, email and live chat. You can specialise in a range of different services, being the reassuring expert that our customers need.
Sales
Fast-paced and target-driven, our Sales Team is a dynamic bunch. Dealing with mostly inbound customer contacts, you’ll need to build trust and rapport quickly with customers and match the right product with their needs.
Escalated Support
Teams such as Energy Billing and Ability to pay (plus so much more), step in to offer solutions for the most complex customer needs. These roles provide career pathways for our advisors or are a great option if you come with previous specialist customer experience.
Management
