4 February 2022 - Following the Government’s announcement to increase the energy price cap, we recognise that some UK families are facing a serious challenge to pay their bills. This is only made more difficult by other cost-of-living price rises.

If you feel unable to manage your energy costs, it’s really important that you seek additional support from us or from the other independent bodies that exist to help you.

We understand some customers may prefer to seek advice and support from a body that isn’t connected to UW. 

These organisations can give you independent, impartial and practical advice on managing debt and payments.
