Who are UW?

We're the UK’s only genuine multiservice provider, trusted by over 1,000,000 customers and fully regulated by Ofgem, Ofcom and the Financial Conduct Authority. For over two decades, we’ve been saving families time and money by simplifying their home services.

How does it work?

We'll bundle all your home services into one, simple, bill. Because we believe that when you're not worrying about price comparisons, lost passwords and piles of paperwork, you can get on with the things that really matter in life

What’s a UW Partner?

UW Partners are people just like you, who earn an extra income by introducing others to UW and helping them to sign up as customers.

They also help people to become a UW Partner and start earning an income by recommending UW to their friends and family.

How do I switch?

Switching couldn't be easier. We'll handle the entire process. Services start going live in as little as two working days. We’ll keep you updated on progress during this time.

Do I need to contact my current supplier?

No, we’ll contact them to let them know. In a few weeks time we’ll ask you for meter readings, at which point we’ll start billing you for your energy, and your current supplier will stop (so that you never pay for the same energy twice). Your old supplier will then arrange to send out a final invoice to you.

You could save £300+

We’ve compared our most popular services with the average price of our main competitors' equivalent services. By ‘main competitors' we mean at least three of the largest suppliers by market share who sell a comparable product. The saving shown is based on the average of these competitors’ pricing when compared with an equivalent new UW customer who takes three services - energy (Double Gold variable), broadband (Ultra), mobile (Unlimited) and pays by direct debit.
