Have been with United Warehouse a few years now and find them very easy to deal with. Bills are sent out on time and are easy to understand. When I wanted to pay extra or change the Direct Debit done quickly and efficiently.

Even though it was a long wait on the phone, when I did get through he sorted out my issue very quickly and efficiently

My lengthy experience with Utility Warehouse has been uncomplicated and largely trouble free. My energy supply was only switched on receipt of a better quotation from a previous supplier. So far all the other policies remain competitive and acceptable.

A great experience is the combined benefit of my bill for all services on one direct debit and I just need to make one call to talk to anyone about any service. Recently made an enquiry and the technical team absolutely nailed the checks, updates and support. Really could not fault the speed and efficiency of their support.

Query solved and anytime I have to contact them about something I always get a good answer which answers all my queries. A very good firm. Which deals with everything. Gas electricity mobile phones etc without having to deal with multiple supplier.

Experience was not great , just ok. Getting through was a nightmare and once I spoke with someone it took another 20+ minutes to sort what I call a simple request dealt with.
