Service has been very good other than scheduling an appointment to switch my old gas meter to a new smart meter. I am in elderly lady of 85 who lives alone and my daughter requested this appointment over 4 months ago. This aspect of service is very slow. Please rectify this so that I can submit accurate readings as I am a pensioner on a limited income. Many thanks

Communication is excellant

I managed to speak to an actual person who has followed it through. I'd much rather speak to someone than keep pressing buttons.

A very good and friendly organisation. Very reasonable product cost and a very good and efficient customer care and problem solving teams. Prompt service from all departments, although recently have had difficulty registering my “feed in” readings from my solar panels.

Utility Warehouse regularly keep me updated on products and costs. They have always dealt with any queries i have had quickly and efficiently.

Together, we came to a calm, amicable, understanding in moving forward. He even found time to go through priority service. There was no rush going through all options.
