In my experience so far with this company I have had courteous and friendly service and the bonus part - I have never been left hanging on the phone for hours. I like the way this company keeps you informed of changes and to date I believe I get good value for money.  Long may it continue. The reason I'm giving it five stars is I am now saving £54 a month by bundling, My energy, broadband, mobile and insurance all together which over the year is fantastic. Plus the cash back card which I am now getting used to is also getting me an average of £30 off my bill each month, Great customer service. I've called them twice and things have been sorted straight away.

Utility Warehouse has taken over looking after Gas Electricity, Mobile phone, House phone, Computor Broadband and Wi-fi  --all under one roof with one monthly bill which is much smaller than the sum of all the parts!!
They are easy to contact if you have a problem and you speak to a real person, who quickly sorts it out. 
You also get a Debit Card which you use when shopping and that gives you discounts off your next UW Bill.
I am extremely impressed with their system making my life easier and our outgoings cheaper  !

The company  provide a service that is value for every pound you spent This is the only company I have recieved money back from because  I had managed  to use  lower energy than expected. Never in a million years I have had such a great service. Customer service is exceptional and you can buy extra services from them which lowers your bill at the end of the month. Fantastic.

We used Utility Warehouse for home energy and were very pleased with the cost. Soon after we discovered the mobile phone service and included three unlimited SIMs. Broadband is another service which is perfect. After a recent home move it was found that UW offer home insurance and included this too. UW are fantastic as "utilities" providers.
A very recent home insurance claim was dealt with, over a weekend, and issues are solved 
We fully recommend Utility Warehouse as home service providers.

I have been a customer of Utility Warehouse since 1998.  I have broadband, gas, electricity, 4 unlimited sims, mobile handsets, home & contents insurance, and the cash back card.  All of my services with them are detailed on one monthly bill.  I am safe in the knowledge that I'm saving money and have great customer service from a PLC company whose head office is based in London.  I have saved thousands off my multi services using the cashback card.  I couldn't be happier.

I’ve joined UW from British Gas. They couldn’t be more polar opersite . I don’t often call UW but when I do my problem is resolved within about ten minutes of me pressing call . I’d be lucky if I got through to an operator with bg within twenty minutes. I love how affordable it is and I’ve lumped everything in with them because their customer service is second to none as far as energy providers go . 
I never write reviews but time and time again UW impress me .

I got a considerable discount on our energy prices from British Gas.

I have been a customer with Utility Warehouse for about 9 years and have my energy, broadband, mobile and home insurance as a bundle.  I have been pleased with the sevice throughout.  The pricing appears competative and I pay a known fixed amount each month - the same in the winter as the summer. I was particularly impressed with the letter sent ahead of the energy price increase to explain the position and to be honest my energy bills did not increase as much as others as reported in the media. The monthly on line billing is clear. I am sticking with UW and would recommend UW to anyone.

The energy rates are reasonable.
But, the real plus is the cashback scheme.
Need to fine tune it at the start.
This works well and can save you quite a bit of money.
UW are quite fair and will give you a refund if there is a problem.

I love the fact that the call is answered - quickly and you speak to a real person. 
When my energy costs went down due to less people in the household a quick call and credit in my bank, monthly payments reduced.
And the clear and easy to obtain single bill is a huge tick

We have been with UW for nearly two years now. They provide energy, insurances, both home and boiler&home cover and  mobile service. We've had only good experience so far and haven't had any difficulties with them. Customer service was always helpful. I can only recommend them.

It was very easy to transfer my broadband when I moved to new house and even opening new energy (gas and electricity) with them. They are offering good service.
