We’ve recently topped the FTSE Women Leaders Review in the telecommunications sector. This honour showcases our dedication to gender balance and the promotion of women leaders at UW.
The UW Foundation
The UW Foundation was set up in 2019 to up our game when it comes to supporting causes we care about. We have committed to contribute 1% of our reported annual profits to the UW Foundation and our tree-planting initiatives.
You can apply for matched funding up to £500 for a cause close to your heart and your colleagues will rally around to help you smash your fundraising goals!

Fun
All work and no play makes for a dull life. We definitely like to let our hair down and have fun. Whether that’s a team summer picnic of the company-wide Festive celebrations, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We even host virtual family treasure hunts for our remote colleagues.
