Purchases from other retailers are eligible for cashback of 1% on spend, subject to cashback caps which vary depending on the number of services you have taken out. You are only eligible to receive the 1% cashback at other retailers if you are not engaged in debt collection proceedings with UW – and have at least one of the following services live at the time of billing: Mobile, Broadband (Broadband and/or Home Phone) or Energy. Our cashback card provider PSI-Pay Ltd is an authorised e-money institution. E-money is not subject to Finance Services Compensation Scheme protection in the way bank deposits are, but it is subject to “safeguarding” requirements. In the unlikely event of insolvency, this means there will be a pool of funds from which cashback card customers would be repaid (subject to certain deductions for associated insolvency costs).

Locked into contracts?


We've got a key – when you take three or more services, we'll pay up to £400 towards early termination fees with your current providers.

30 days to switch: Available when a new customer switches at least two of their services on the same date: energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (insurance means Boiler & Home Cover or Income Protector only). Any equipment must be returned and services used must be paid for before cancelling. Terms apply.

UW Price Pledge: eligible new customers (from 22/04/24) who take 3 or more qualifying services and regularly use their Cashback Card. If a customer doesn't save with UW (incl. Cashback) in their first year vs their previous provider (or cheapest major provider where applicable), they can apply to claim the UW Price Pledge between 12 - 15 months after their sign-up date; the pledge & no exit fees only applies to qualifying services taken at sign-up. When you claim, we'll assume an average Cashback Card saving of £160 a year (based on customer usage data from 03.04.23 to 31.03.24, for users who earned Cashback at least at least once a week, excluding promotional activities) or your actual Cashback saving if higher.
