Smart Love2Shop Summer 2024 Prize Draw
Terms and conditions
The prize draw is open to Utility Warehouse (“UW”) customers over 18 years of age.
To qualify a customer must between 22 July 2024 and 22 September 2024 both (1) book a smart meter installation appointment and (2) have at least one traditional energy meter upgraded to a smart energy meter. Bookings are subject to smart meter upgrade eligibility and engineer availability. For the avoidance of doubt, smart meter installations which are carried out involuntarily for the purpose of debt recovery are excluded from this promotion.
Each entrant shall win a £50 Love2Shop gift card. There will be one winner of a £1000 Love2Shop gift card, which will be chosen by random draw within one month of the close date. Please see Clause 12 for further details on Love2Shop’s privacy information.
All entries are subject to verification. UW accepts no liability for any lost or delayed entries.
The winner of the £1000 will be notified within one month of the close date of the prize draw. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 working days of being notified by UW, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and UW will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The £50 Love2Shop gift card and the prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. No purchase is necessary.
UW will provide the information on winning entries on request.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the directors of UW shall be final and binding on all entrants. UW reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
The use of the Love2Shop gift card is subject to additional terms as set out by Love2Shop and will be communicated separately. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.

To fulfil your gift card(s), we will send your name, email address and potentially mobile phone number and address to Love2Shop who will arrange delivery via email, SMS or letter. If you would not like to receive a Love2Shop gift card or be entered into the prize draw, please let us know by 23 September 2024 by emailing gift-card-opt-out@uw.co.uk from the email address on your account.
