Your questions answered

Who are UW?

We're the UK’s only genuine multiservice provider. We help people save on their household bills by bundling their energy, broadband, mobile and insurance into one. We offer guaranteed savings and we’re currently trusted by over one million customers.

What’s a UW Partner?

UW Partners are people just like you, who earn an extra income by introducing others to UW and helping them to sign up as customers.

They also help people to become a UW Partner and start earning an income by recommending UW to their friends and family.

How do I become a UW Partner?

By finding a Partner near you and joining their team. They’ll help you to get set up and help you to get going.

You can find and contact your nearest Partner by entering your postcode here, and they’ll get back to you very quickly.

How much time do I need?

It’s up to you – there are no targets, time limits or set hours. So you can fit being a UW Partner around your life and schedule, and do as much – or as little – as you want.

What’s more, you’ll also get all the training you need and be part of an active and supportive community, so you don’t need any previous sales experience to join.

What could I earn as a UW Partner?

You can earn up to £250 in upfront commission for every customer you help sign up to UW. But your total earnings will depend on the effort you’re prepared to make – the more time you put in and the more people you introduce to UW, the more you’ll earn.

As well as upfront commission, you can also get paid a residual income, which is an incremental percentage of your customers’ bills for as long as they stay with UW. And if you choose to build your own team of Partners, you’ll earn residual income from the customers that they sign up too.

Over time, this could mean you go from earning some extra cash to a serious additional income that can support major lifestyle choices.

How much does it cost?

There’s a £10 joining fee to cover the cost of setting up your account and your new Partner training. And from your fourth month,  there’s a £3 monthly fee to cover ongoing training, tools and support.

Can I trust you?

Yes, of course – over 800,000 customers and 60,000 UW Partners already do. We’re also regulated by the energy regulator Ofgem, the telecoms regulator Ofcom, and the Financial Conduct Authority. We’ve been doing business for over two decades and are listed on the London Stock Exchange, which means we’re one of the UK’s largest publicly-owned companies.
