UW Price Pledge: eligible new customers (from 22/04/24) who take 3 or more qualifying services and regularly use their Cashback Card. If a customer doesn't save with UW (incl. Cashback) in their first year vs their previous provider (or cheapest major provider where applicable), they can apply to claim the UW Price Pledge between 12 - 15 months after their sign-up date; the pledge & no exit fees only applies to qualifying services taken at sign-up. When you claim, we'll assume an average Cashback Card saving of £160 a year (based on customer usage data from 03.04.23 to 31.03.24, for users who earned Cashback at least at least once a week, excluding promotional activities) or your actual Cashback saving if higher. By ‘main competitors' we mean at least three of the largest suppliers by market share who sell a comparable product. The saving shown is based on the average of these competitors’ pricing when compared with an equivalent new UW customer who takes three services - energy (Double Gold variable), broadband (Ultra), mobile (Unlimited) and pays by direct debit.

When you take a 3 or 4+ Service Bundle, we’ll give you credit up to £400 towards any termination fees (excluding Home Insurance) you have to pay your current providers. Use your card at one of our many participating retailers and you can earn up to 10% cashback. Purchases from other retailers are eligible for cashback of 1% on spends up to £1,500 per month depending on how many eligible services you have live. If you have 1 live Bundle Service with UW, you will earn 1% on your first £500 of spend up to a maximum of £5 per month. If you have 2 or 3 live Services with UW, you will earn 1% on your first £1000 of spend up to a maximum of £10 per month. If you have 4 live Bundle Services with UW, you will earn 1% on your first £1500 of spend up to a maximum of £15 per month. Only customers not engaged in debt collection proceedings with UW are eligible to receive the 1% cashback.

Will I get one bill for all my UW utilities?

Yes, we’ll combine your UW services into one single, great-value bill so you don’t have to worry about multiple payments. 

The front of your bill will show a summary of your monthly charges and spending for each service. The pages that follow give you a breakdown for your services.

What is the UW Price Pledge?

Our Price Pledge is a money-saving promise to our new customers. Save with UW when you switch three or more services, and use our Cashback Card to reduce your bills. If you don’t see savings in your first year with us, we'll pay you double the difference back and let you leave without exit fees. T&Cs apply.

What is the Peace of Mind Promise?

Our Peace of Mind Promise ensures you can switch to UW with confidence. New customers who sign up for two or more home services receive a 30-day window to change their mind without penalty.
