AK5211 I honestly cannot praise Julia enough for the way she has handled my account and supported me throughout my journey with Utility Warehouse. Although Julia and I are really good friends personally, she has been incredibly professional throughout the whole process. When I needed her help the most, she was there at every turn. Even when there were some unusually long waiting times and delays outside of her control, Julia remained patient, proactive and determined to get things sorted. She consistently worked on my case thoroughly, kept me updated, chased things up when necessary and always made sure I knew what was happening. I never felt forgotten or left wondering what was going on. It is a real credit to Julia that she was able to separate our friendship from her professional role and provide such fantastic customer service. She genuinely went above and beyond for me, and I’m extremely grateful. Good customer care but was not able to solve my new mobile phone as did not have any available and no price band

On contacting the Insurance Dept Customer Service with a query, I was pleased to get the answers and comprehensive information required, by a member of the staff in a polite, professional manner. I have given 4 stars as there is always room for improvement.

I have always found Utility Warehouse to be helpful whenever I have phoned them and they always seem to keep bills at the lowest possible level so that I have never felt the need to start shopping around for a better deal.

When moving to Full Fibre Broadband the engineer was really polite and very helpful and answered all my questions. Am now very happy. However before upgrading I was sent a new box to set up myself which I couldn't do and had to leave the older device there instead which caused me a lot of problems.

Upgrade of broadband went smoothly. One of the workers was very helpful and considerate.

I’ve been with Utility Warehouse for many years and continue to be extremely impressed with them. They are constantly working to keep their prices competitive and provide good value for customers, but for me one of the things that really sets UW apart is their customer service. Quite simply, it’s the best I’ve experienced from any company. Whenever I’ve needed help, I’ve found their people friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in getting things sorted, rather than simply getting you off the phone. Competitive prices are important, of course, but knowing that there are real people there who will actually help when you need them makes a huge difference. Hard to find a set of service providers who will collectively beat the price I'm getting from UW, and not only would it not be worth the hassle of switching, I'd actually be worse off without the UW cashback card. I'm now putting all the payments I can through that card, and earning around £300-400 per year in cashback, which instantly dwarfs any saving I could get by switching, and also dwarfs what I could get from interest in my current account, which is effectively what this is operating as.

Getting advice was easy and the adviser was very helpful. She has the knowledge to guide and advise me completely without hesitation, which I find very useful.
