How to switch your mobile provider to UW
Order your SIM
Our SIM-only plans are available to new and existing UW customers. New customers can sign up here, and current customers can add to their bundle by signing into their account. Or you can give us a call on 0333 777 0777.
Activate your SIM
We’ll send your SIM to you, and it should arrive in 3–5 working days. Simply activate your new SIM in your online account or the UW app. You can find out more about activating your SIM here.

Once your new SIM card has been activated, pop it into your phone, and you’re ready to go.

Unlimited data means that you don’t have a cap on your data allowance each month. There are no restrictions on how much data you use, so you won’t have to worry about using up all your allowance.
Our Unlimited+ SIM-only plan is perfect for surfing the internet, taking video calls, or even streaming media, as you can use as much as you need.
Our unlimited data SIM deals really are unlimited, so there’s no cap on how much you can use.
However, a Fair Usage policy of 14GB applies whilst roaming in our European zone.

If you’re an existing UW customer and want to upgrade your current mobile contract or add to your bundle, simply sign into your account or give us a call on 0333 777 0777.
We’re offering EU roaming as part of our Unlimited+ tariff, so you can take your unlimited data abroad and use up to 14GB of it at no extra cost. It’s part of our Roam like Home service, which lets you use your allowance in 45 locations across Europe.
You can also send texts and make calls back to the UK as you would normally with your allowance.
Our Unlimited+ tariff has no data usage cap when browsing in the UK, but a Fair Usage policy of 14GB applies whilst roaming in our European zone. This means you can use up to 14GB of your data abroad in 45 locations without incurring any extra charges.
