How to switch your mobile provider to UW
Order your SIM
Our SIM-only plans are available to new and existing UW customers. New customers can sign up here, and current customers can add to their bundle by signing into their account. Or you can give us a call on 0333 777 0777.
Activate your SIM
We’ll send your SIM to you, and it should arrive in 3–5 working days. Simply activate your new SIM in your online account or the UW app. You can find out more about activating your SIM here.
You’re all set
Once your new SIM card has been activated, pop it into your phone, and you’re ready to go.

Yes, it’s easy to switch to a UW SIM-only deal without changing your mobile number. You can get a porting authorisation code (PAC) that allows you to transfer your current number from your previous network provider to your new UW contract.
If you want to upgrade your current UW tariff to a SIM-only contract, your number will automatically stay the same.
Activating your new UW SIM card is easy. You can activate your SIM in your online account, in the UW app, or by calling our automated activation line on 0333 003 5645.

On our Unlimited+ plan, our Roam like Home service comes with a Fair Usage policy that lets you use up to 14GB of your data allowance in the Roam like Home countries.
Once you’ve used your Fair Usage policy amount when roaming, we’ll notify you, and surcharges will apply to continue using data when roaming in our Europe Zone.
