How to switch your mobile provider to UW
Order your SIMs
Our multi-SIM plans are available to both new and existing UW customers. New customers can sign up here, and if you’re a current UW customer you can add to your bundle on your online account. Or you can give us a call on 0333 777 0777.
Activate your SIM
Once you’ve selected the number of SIMs you want to add to your Unlimited+ plan, we’ll send them to you, and they should arrive in 3–5 working days. Simply activate your new SIMs in your online account or the UW app. Find out more about activating your SIM here.
You’re all set
Once your new SIM cards have been activated, they’ll be ready to pop into your phone, and you and your family will be all set.
