Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

1.2. Employees of Utility Warehouse Limited (“UW”), their families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are excluded from entry. 

2. Prize Draw Period

2.1. The  prize draw opens at [9am on 21 September 2026 and closes 5pm on 19 October 2026] (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the prize draw, during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

3.3 Answer the multiple choice questions on the official competition webpage

3.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. 

4. Winner Selection

4.1. Within 30 days of the end of the Prize Draw, 5 winners (each a “Winner”) 1.1. will be selected at random from all eligible entries by the competition platform's automated random-selection process. The platform (operated by DMRI on behalf of Future PLC) will notify UW, through UW's affiliate marketing agency, of the Winners, and UW will email each Winner their Prize.

4.2. Each Winner will be notified by email, using the details provided at entry, within [7] days of selection. If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within [14] days of the first notification, UW reserves the right to disqualify that Winner and select an alternative Winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

4.3. By entering this prize draw you consent to UW contacting you about services and goods, announcing you as the Winner (if you are a winner) via our social media channels (which may include tagging you). You may object to this publicity by stating so when responding to our winner notification.

4.4. UW will maintain records to demonstrate that prizes have been awarded fairly.

4.5. UW will provide the Winners’ first name and country of residence on written requests made within two months of the Prize Draw Period closing. 

5. Prize

The Winner will receive:

5.1. 1 of 5 Love2shop vouchers with a value of £100.

5.2. The prize will be emailed to the Winner by Utility Warehouse within 30 days from the date the Winner was notified. 

5.3. The Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of issue in accordance with the Love2shop voucher terms. If the Prize is not redeemed within that period, it will expire and UW will be under no obligation to re-issue or replace it.

5.4. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. 

6. General Terms

6.1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

6.2. Entrants' personal data is collected on the relevant publisher's entry page and provided to UW through the competition platform (operated by DMRI on behalf of Future PLC) and UW's affiliate marketing agency. Entry is also subject to the competition platform provider's terms and privacy policy, available at Future PLC privacy policy link] UW processes entrants' personal data for the administration of this Prize Draw, and to gain insights for any future prize draws or competitions UW may choose to run, in accordance with UW's Privacy Notice available atuw.co.uk/legal/privacy-customer. Where an entrant gave consent at entry, UW may contact them once after the competition to offer a callback from a UW Partner or representative, and will not use their details for any further marketing.

6.3. UW reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms. 

6.4. UW reserves the right to withdraw or amend this prize draw at any time without prior notice. 

6.5. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the directors of UW shall be final and binding on all participants.

6.6. UW excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize. Nothing in these terms excludes UW’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

6.7. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
