The team gave both time and insight to some complex problems I experienced when the contact broke down in the wiring to my UW box and WIFI was not functioning. My hearing is not 100% so the team had to help with effective communication.

I called customer service several times to activate the new SIM and keep my old phone number. Each time I spoke to a rep, they were professional, friendly and helpful, especially as I really didn't know what I was doing. However, it's a very long wait before you speak to a human and I found the options menu a bit confusing which meant the whole process was more complicated and longer than necessary.

There is always someone on the end of the phone if you have a problem

I reinsured my house contents this August after being with UW and they quoted me less monthly payment than last year to my surprise. That was great news and even better they just sent me the policy on email so no paper work.

My bill is easy to understand and the app is great. If I call in to speak to anyone they are always helpful, friendly and happy to talk through and explain things.

Alex, the technician helping me on the phone was so helpful and informative. He was friendly and reassuring. The fault was remedied within the 72 hours stated and I was informed both by phone and text from Openreach and online by UW Fingers crossed all is well now.

when setting up my broadband connection, people very helpful. Fisrt adviser was on the phone for about three hours, mainly concerned with software, unsuccessfully. Second was mainly concerned with hardware, and sorted the connection in about forty minutes

When I phoned up I asked for fast fibre in & I was pleased with service I got,lovely man on line went through everything with me & could understand him very clearly, so hoping to recieve it on the 17th August
