Handled my query effectively

I have been with Utility Warehouse for 30 years & have recently moved. The changes necessary for a switch to a new address were handled smoothly & quickly by a friendly, knowledgeable agent, who offered me several different up-to-date policy choices, one of which I chose. Unlike most other service providers with whom I have accounts, Utility Warehouse has never been pushy, trying to get me to purchase a policy which isn't necessary for my needs. When speaking with friends or colleagues who are in the process of moving, I always suggest Utility Warehouse as their next service provider. From my perspective, they can't be beaten on value, cost-effectiveness & quality of service.

Spoke to a lovely professional gentleman called Rofik he was able to confirm that ONCE AGAIN all my previous complaints hadn’t been dealt with properly. Both smart meters need changing but some bright spark decided that only the electric needed to be replaced and booked an engineer to visit. No mention of the gas meter replacement. Rofik tried his hardest to sort this mess out and assured me he would keep in touch regarding the smart gas meter. This is the third time the meters have failed. Utility warehouse this is your last chance to deal with this. If not my next stop is the Ombudsman.

We had to wait over 20 mins to be connected to an operative, but once we got through we had a really good chat and the lady, explained everything to us, she was lovely and very good at her job , thankyou
