We are very happy with UW which provides us with all of our utilities; at what we believe is a very good price. We have also taken advantage of a boiler replacement with UW, which was an excellent decision. UW has recently installed fiber optics to our property free of charge. However, I feel we did not really have enough information up front about this. I was unsure what was required of us before the engineers came and what actions we should have completed. The engineers were excellent- polite and tidy; however, we had to make a quick decision on the route of the cables, and in hindsight, I think we made a poor choice. More information and time would have helped. Apart from this one mistake, we are very happy with the service from UW.

The engineers arrived when they said they would they were very professional about the job everything was explained that was going to happen any mess made was cleaned up before they left and they made sure broadband was working before they left the only problem I have is my house phone doesn’t work so I’ll have to get in touch with utility to rectify this

We were offered a free fibre upgrade from Utility Warehouse. Installation was completed by City Fibre, explained everything before they commenced work. Friendly helpful guys, nothing was too much trouble, left everything neat and tidy, very good all round experience. Highly Recommended, thank you very much.

The engineer was neat and tidy in his work. Very polite. However I was left to contact Utility Warehouse myself, the following day, to get my careline and landline connected. It took three quarters of an hour on the phone. My iPhone and iPad needed to be reconnected, I am 88 and not totally tec savvy, so had to wait for my son to visit. My Ring doorbell was also disrupted, so to be honest, I wish I hadn’t bothered , for the little improvement. In speed,

Full fibre upgrade I am very happy with full fibre but the upgrade process was not straight forward. The upgrade could not be started as the installation company told me I should have been sent, by Utilities Warehouse, a Cat 6 ethernet cable. It was the twelfth instance of a missing cable that day!

Utility Warehouse have been consistently good all the years I've been a customer. I highly recommend them.

The lady listened to my query and gave me the information l was looking for. Very helpful and clear.

We were having troubles with our internet connection. The Amazon Fire sticks were not working saying they had no internet connection but things like our laptops where still working with internet connection. We phoned the help line, we where in the que for about 1 hour but when we connected to a gentleman he was able to fix the problem by sending an update for the router. Fire sticks working now. Good service.

On the whole they are very good. But do not like to be in a queue for 45mins. After getting through ok. But I fortunately I just couldn't understand the person on the line, I had to keep saying sorry can you repeat.

I am pleased to be able to pay for the energy that we use every month rather than a set amount of direct debit payment.
