I have been with UW for over 2 yrs now, and every year they manage to save me £££. I have never had a problem with them. The staff are very informative about what the best offers are. I fully recommend them.

I'm disappointed that I have no house phone, and my local tv program is Granada not Tyne Tees. I have a good selection of tv programs which is very satisfying as I am disabled and can't get out much.

I have added another service and found them so helpful .

I have recently moved and needed to change all my utilities including broadband. I found that the customer service member of staff I spoke to was very helpful explaining everything in words that I understood and finding me the best package for me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble.

Meter dropped its wifi signal so was unable to access engineering. Made contact via whatsapp. Was able to contact engineer directly. Matter resolved within 24hrs

I’ve been with UW for a long time. There’s a reason for that. I’M MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY and my latest experience has been excellent. Brilliant customer service with friendly, helpful and responsive staff who make one feel valued as a customer.

It was very easy to apply a d sort out the change to my broadband to fibre. Lets hope the entire experience is as good.

The bundle concept caught my attention. I enjoyed a 50 pound welcome ! And added to my new Utility Warehouse card to pay for a short break and other items. All this displayed clearly on the mobile. Energy I’m very happy with my bill a saving over the year of 400 and I was able was able to fix my rate, paid direct monthly debit. Broadband service is great and my mobile sim also very good value. Utility Warehouse dealt with change of service providers and it went smoothly. Service with a smile.

Spoke to an agent who gave me some good advice on how to reduce my energy bills so I followed his advice and I’m very grateful for his help

Because they talked me through everything they were doing like showing them a video of the back of the router and the socket they told me they were doing test the person was very good

I had a problem with my internet connection but the UW advisor quickly identified the issue and ordered a new router, which arrived the following day. I am not tech savvy but the advisor was patient and helpful in resolving the issue over the phone.well done UW!

I have my energy with uw and it was very easy to add sim cards

Very easy to navigate through the options and as I have my utility bills through UW they will simply add the he payments to my monthly bill. No fuss at all.

Just that we have had no major issues since using utility warehouse as our main energy supplier.

You can always talk to someone even if on this occasion there was a 20 minute wait

The assistant was very helpful but I was holding on for 30 minutes for the information I needed.

They were very helpful in everything I needed & also transferred me to other calls . Everything was explained in detail & I didn't feel rushed in anyway
