Consistent pricing and no horrid surprises, just what I need

Utility Warehouse contacted me to admit they had made a mistake and that they were immediately correcting it. I have always had great service from UW and the staff on the end of the phone are so helpful and friendly.

The engineers informed me via a text message when they would arrive at my house. They came on time and did an excellent job of installing my Full Fibre connection. All the cables were neatly fixed to the outside wall and they cleaned up after the work was completed.

Telephone fault sorted within 24 hours. Staff very reassuring and courteous. Only problem is having to wait 40 minutes to get through on phone due to high volume of calls. Overall very pleased with service.

Excellent, prompt service to provide exactly what I asked for, plus a bit more to ensure that I had the broadband I needed wth no further action required from me.

I like the app and how easy it is for those who struggle with technology etc. I also find that the staff/service are understanding and helpful.

The lady who took my call was very attentive and understood my questions and was able to answer and reasure my concerns about my mobile tarrif change.

Utility warehouse are fantastic 2-3years in now, I was getting absolutely ripped of by EDF and sick of being told I owed them hundreds in estimated bills. Which ended up being incorrect after paying them. Utility warehouse estimated accurately I have never been in debit in the hundreds. You speak to normal helpful human beings and the more products I have with them my overall bills just get cheaper and cheaper. I have never had to submit metre readings, they sorted my smart meters when the other companies couldn't or rather wouldn't. It's madness that most people stay with the common providers like EDF and British gas fixing all the time at actually high prices. When you actually pay for less with utility warehouse. I won't go with anyone else now. I have my gas, electric, home insurance, a cash card that reduced my bills and a SIM card with them and I still pay less than I was with EDF for just gas and electric. And we are a 4 family house hold with lots of tech and gadgets eating electric and yet I still can't believe it, still low prices. . Amazing service amazing prices, amazingly helpful staff. Absolutely no brainer. And even get incentives money off for recommendation of friends etc. why all utility companies can be the same I don't know. My advice sign up now!!

The ease of completing the application for the quote was excellent. I wanted extras and although the cost increased slightly the amount of cover I would receive was very acceptable. As a customer of Utility Warehouse for my utilities I have always received very good customer service and was confident to go ahead with my home insurance

Good service and mostly good value. Would have given 5* but let down by 1 SIM at higher price and then max of 3 more sim cards at reasonable price, doesn’t take account of larger family to give options for more at better value.

I rang with a complicated query about the value of changing to an EV tariff. The (very helpful and efficient) customer advisor owned the problem, went through some lengthy comparison arithmetic and advised me well. The unknown factor (since our usage figures are not yet known) made an instant decision difficult. The suggestion was to use the car for a couple of months before deciding whether or not I would be better off with or without the changing to the EV tariff. Very helpful advice, given after patiently going through all the available data, with a focus on my experience as a customer. Excellent.

it makes such a difference speaking to a real person. he also explained fully What the different rates were so I could make an informed decision about changing my tariff.
