Don’t just take it from us

We have been UW customers for years . Always very attentive to help their customers. The local agent is always available to help you and encourage our friends and colleagues to join too. If you check individual items, might look expensive, but the whole bundle is very much cheaper comparatively.

Ease of switching and knowledgeable staff

They sort out the problem as soon as it is reported. The price is the best that I have found, other suppliers when they are told that they my suppliers say that they cannot compete with there prices.

Generally I’m very happy but I have been waiting 5 months for a smart meter having moved, had one in my old house but wasn’t allowed to bring that with me and have asked continually for one to be fitted in my new house but still hasn’t been done so I’m not at all happy about this

I've known Tanya for years, and had not heard of Utility Warehouse until Tanya mentioned she had become a Utility Warehouse Partner I am somewhat resistant to change and all the hassle that I perceive goes with it but because I fully trust Tanya I asked her to help me sort out all my utilities. Tanya helped me with it all and I was surprised how with her help it was so easy to switch everything I am immensely pleased with the savings, but mostly I really like how much easier it is having it all on one bill. I used to get into such a muddle with all the various bills. Ive enjoyed my experience with UW that I have encouraged my son to change to Utlity warehouse

Easy to get into info about your bill.

I don't need to contact them much-which goes to show everything runs smoothly- When I have I have been able to speak to a person, with ease-a rarity. The app is straight forward & simple to use. Prices are competitive too.

Having problems with my cash card meant that over a couple of days two different rep.s were very helpful in cancelling existing card and setting up the new one. One even arranged to phone me at a particular day and time to help and actually did!

I have experience with the company dual fuel and boiler insurance so hope broadband etc will be as good
