My television wouldn’t load my apps. UW talked my daughter through the process and corrected the issue. Something to do with the green signal not working as it should (flashing instead of solid) and the wire into the box not being in the right position.

The upgrade installation was handled very competently. The engineer fixed the external cabling and the router exactly where we requested. The full system was up and running within minutes of the installation being completed.

My late sister had arranged wi fi in my father’s house and the contract was passed on to Utility Warehouse. When my father had to leave the house to go into a nursing home I took some time to identify who the contract for WiFi was with and cancel. Utility Warehouse back dated a credit note which was more than I expected and I was very grateful for their help.

Have had a problem with our landline which is down to BT, but UW chased it up and also provided a solution in the meantime. Will also provide compensation as we ha ve already been without a landline for over a week and expect the problem to continue, they will then chase BT to recoup their losses. Very good service.

My internet was disconnected after the upgrade and I have to wait for four days for it to be restored. Waiting on the phone for over an hour to be put through was a real hectic for me But engineers were seriously working behind the scenes to get the job done. With patience and endurance and with good customer service and good communication it was finally restored. I appreciate the concerns and effort and the calls to put me on tract. Thank you

The call was answered very quickly by a real human. She was very helpful and ordered the light bulbs I needed whilst was on the phone. The whole call took about 5 minutes. Since I have telephoned one other unrelated service over the last year, namely Teachers' Pensions, with an utterly miserable experience of being kept waiting for 40 minutes before speaking to a real human (who was then not very helpful), telephoning Utility Warehouse and receiving excellent service, made a refreshing change. Thank you.

Barring the initial wait time to get through to an advisor the experience was brilliant. The customer advisor (KAZ), was amazing from start to finish. He answered all my questions i had in a very professional and courteous manner The advisor definitely went the extra mile to help & was in no rush to get me off the phone as I have experienced with other companies.
