Don’t just take it from us

Based in the UK. Can ring and although usually very busy you can get through. When asked the question is always answered and sorted. Only problem I have is internet dropping out for my tv which I’m told is because of its age. It’s a smart tv so can’t see why.

The customer service personnel made my day as she proved her professionalism by attending to my satisfaction.

I was transferred to the 'Energy' department. English was not the first language of the person I spoke to so it took a bit longer for her to understand what I wanted and to clarify it. In addition, there was so much noise of people speaking on phones in the background that it made the whole thing even slower. I got the impression that I was referred to a large central telephone help room overseas. Not the best.

Allowing me to speak to the same person who knew the background was very attentive.He was Lewis

Utility warehouse is fantastic for keeping all your utilities in one place giving a discount for each bill added landline internet mobile phone gas and electricity also home insurance. There is also a Utility Warehouse payment card that you can top up as much or as little as you wish and received cash back on purchases made with the card. Just all round brilliant and the cheapest utilities around.

Always found that when I need to contact UW ( very rarely) I find them most helpful, polite and listen to my queries
