Answering the phone...!!! not queueing for hours. Once through to a person, it was someone who was sensible, knowledgeable and able to answer the query without "passing the buck". Basically someone able to do their job with sensitivity and flare.

Tried 6 times to phone your number came back not recognised. Typed for help. Phoned again line was OK. So I spoke to a female who helped me with my request. She also reviewed my next year's payment scheme which I wanted to keep the same. I also gave her my email address as my husband is nit keeping well and doesn't answer the phone so I asked for his mobile number to be removed. Very helpful
