Had a problem with the landline phone following another service provider doing work at the premises. They instructed an engineer who attended same day and fixed the problem. Very happy with the contact system. You speak to a human being who dealt professionally with the matter.

I have been a customer of Utility Warehouse since 1989. I can say that, without exception, I have been treated with great courtesy, as I was with my last interaction. Professional and efficient throughout!

Upgraded to full fibre broadband, easy to arrange and date booked, open reach came and completed the inside work problem with blockage which was resolved 2 days later when I went live. Only 4 stars as according to uw app I now have live my phone line, previous broadband and also now ffb, so we will see what I actually get billed for. What’s more annoying is it’s not possible to have my phone and prior broadband as that cable was used to thread in ffb cable due to blockage. Can’t fault openreach but uw should have up to date information on what my connections are which clearly they dont

Before mine last telephone conversation with your team, the experience has been a mixed reaction but the last customer service personnel was really exceptional and good at her job, she is a thoroughbred professional

I trust Utility Warehouse to provide services at the best price. My energy bill dropped by a huge ammount when i joined. This was something that I could not resolve.

Being able to talk to a human on the phone was fantastic, as I had no way of using the UW App or online email, as the internet/ broadband wasn’t working. Very helpful and useful advice given-everything explained and my understanding checked. Excellent service. They even referred me to Openreach, as the problem was outside my home.

I'm so glad I switched to Utility Warehouse. I have been a customer for about 7 years and have a money saving package with them. They supply my gas, electricity, broadband, landline and mobile phone. It is a joy to phone them and speak to a real person based here in the UK. I have always found UW staff to be courteous, helpful and extremely efficient.

Good pricing on gas , electric, mobile phones and broadband. I would have given 5 * only reason I didn’t was it would be better if customer service was open longer in the evenings.

Speedy response, engineer was punctual and polite, repairs completed to a high standard.
