'Up to' savings 

Up to' savings shown combine savings comparisons from any energy or telephony service applicable to that bundle.

For telephony services, savings are the average available. Landline/broadband: our fixed line broadband (incl. 10% discount for Gold Talk & Double Gold) compared to BT, EE, Plusnet, Shell, SSE, Sky, TalkTalk standard price ADSL broadband product or nearest equivalent across a three year period, including line rental, call charges and additional costs such as calling features. Average saving of £16.63 over three years. Mobile: our Unlimited tariff with an iPhone 12 64GB on a 24 month contract compared to EE, GiffGaff, ID, O2, 3, Virgin, Vodafone  equivalent including line rental and additional costs such as mobile handset upfront costs. Average saving of £43.88 over 24 months. Information correct as of 19 April 2021.

Energy savings and guarantee are compared to the Ofgem calculated Price Cap level (which is typically where most large suppliers variable tariffs are priced), based on payment by direct debit for typical household consumption of 2,900 kwh general domestic electricity and 12,000 kwh gas.  Our Energy Price Guarantee does not apply to our Double Gold Fixed and green Fixed tariffs. Market-leading Unlimited mobile tariff

Unlimited data, calls and texts every month when you use your SIM in a personal mobile device. First Unlimited SIM for just £20 per month, then get up to three additional Unlimited SIMs for just £10 each. Rolling 30 day contract - subject to the Residential Fair Usage Policy. Cashback card

You can earn unlimited cashback of up to 7% from our Retail Partners each month. Purchases from other retailers are eligible for cashback on general spend of up to £1,000 per month. 1% cashback at non-partner retailers is available for Visa issued cards only. terms & conditions apply. 


Whole Home WiFi with eero devices

Mesh WiFi to extend signal reach for larger homes. £2.50 per eero, per month (plus postage and packaging). Number of eero devices required depends on the size of your property. eero devices can only be taken where you take our broadband service and at least one other service. eero devices are rented to you and must be returned undamaged at the end of the contract. eero devices are locked to the UW network. 10% off Phone and Broadband

Switch your mobile to us as well, and we’ll give you an extra 10% discount on the cost of your broadband and line rental that could save you over £40 a year! Additional requirements apply to customers who are tenants. Terms & conditions apply.


Energy always cheaper than Ofgem’s Fair Price

When you switch your gas and electricity to us, we guarantee you will save money compared to the Ofgem calculated Price Cap level (which is typically where most large suppliers variable tariffs are priced).  So once you switch to us, you'll never need to switch again!

A woodland tree in your name

We’ll fund the planting of a tree for every new customer who takes all of our services. The tree will be planted in the UW Woodland in Bryn Arw in the Brecon Beacons.


£200 to help you switch

When you switch your Home Phone, Broadband and Mobile to us, we'll give you up to £200 towards any termination fees you have to pay to your current providers. Additional requirements apply to customers who are tenants. Terms & conditions apply.


30 days to change your mind

If you’re new to UW and sign up as a Double Gold customer you can cancel any of the following services within 30 days - Home Phone, Broadband, ‘SIM only’ connections, Electricity, Gas and Boiler and Home Cover. You just need to pay for any installation costs and costs you have incurred by using these services. You must also return any equipment we have supplied to enable you to use these services (complete, undamaged and in its original packaging). Terms & conditions apply.
