Don’t just take it from us

Everything went well except that a promised call back was not fulfilled.

With kates help iv dropped my monthly payments for my gas and i already use my cashback card lots and its easy to use for anykind of payments and fun to see in the app how much money im making back and saving. Great company wish id done this sooner.

I was always thrifty and changing suppliers for better prices, but bundling services with UW beat any price I could find elsewhere. The savings are great and switching couldn't have been easier. Never had a problem, but when I did have a question about my sim customer service were fantastic. Definitely recommend!!

I have been with UW for over 10 years, I have my gas, electric, telephone, broadband and for the last three years I’ve had my home and contents insurance with them and I have been very satisfied with what I pay each month. I would totally recommend anyone to give them a call for a quote.

A bit of a problem... not getting Router before engineer came.. had to do that part myself... struggled.. made so many calls at 40mins waiting time.. Sorted in the end.. The full stars are for advise changing from landline which no phone plugged in last 3 or more years to fibre now which is cheaper.. Make that make sense... just waiting on this months bill... need to see it in print

Generally very good experience. Gas/electricity tariffs are highly competitive as are daily sanding charges. Customer service is also responsive.

I am quite happy with this company in regards to Gas, Electricity and cashback card. Their bills are easy to understand, and the regular reviews work well. The only drawback is the cost of landline telephones and WiFi, partly due to the necessity to have old core networks.

So far, so good. I do not yet have a smart meter and, therefore, need to send readings each month end. My previous supplier would send reminders via email but Utility Warehouse do not; reminders would be helpful. Installation of my smart meter is taking a lot longer than promised - over 5 months so far!

Staff are always helpful and polite with plenty of patience. My problem was sorted very quickly, it invoked a refund which I received promptly. I never fear ringing UW not like some companies where you take a deep breath before you start.

I’ve never had an issue where I’ve needed to contact them. Very clear communication.
