Don’t just take it from us

Utility Warehouse tend to give a good service but, it is far from easy to talk to someone when needed. When I first started to use this company I found contacting them and talking to someone easy.

The installers arrived on schedule and explained what was involved and the options. They undertook the installation without any problems and tested everything. They were tidy both inside and out and left no mess.

So far I am happy with UW. When first contacted by a UW rep I realise that I had not been checking on my utility bills and with guidance from Chris Jones, I was able to make a number of savings, not all with UW.

Found it easy to complete form re quote for home insurance and transaction satisfactory.

Both customer services agents that i spoke to were really helpful and professional but friendly at the same time. My enquiry was dealt with really quickly and efficiently too.

We have had intermittent signal loss on our broadband which we haven't had since we started using Eero WIFI boosters. Support staff were excellent in identifying the issue and they shipped new units out on Friday night which they said should arrive by Tuesday. They arrived on Saturday morning! This has fixed the problem and we have had continual steady internet since.

I've been with Utility Warehouse now for about 10 years now. I'm still paying less for my phone, internet, mobile gas and electric combined. Than I was for my gas , electric and phone 19 years ago! If I've had any queries they have dealt with quickly and efficiently. Customer service is always very good, often going above and beyond. Excellent service

Cam rang me and sorted out a better broadband service for me. He was polite and helpful. I realise he has to say certain things so I don't think it was his fault that the call was rather long. I reckon he covered everything.

We have been customers of UW for many years. We find them to be helpful and supportive with the service they provide during the time being with them. UW resolved the problem of the WI-Fi and quicker than was anticipated which we are thankful for.

I have been with U.W. for several years now. Overall I have found them good. Currently I take Energy and Ultra Broadband, plus Landline off them. With their Cashback Card it is hard to find anyone much more competitive. I found their Broadband and Mobile more expensive, but you have to weigh up whether, with the Cashback you are getting, how much you can save by going to different suppliers and getting different bills, against one bill. Their Customer Service overall has been good, but like other companies there can be issues. Any issues I have had have been sorted out.

I am highly impressed with the service provided during my recent fibre upgrade. The installation team arrived precisely on time and completed the entire process within two hours. Before starting, they took the time to clearly explain exactly what the work would involve, which I greatly appreciated.Once the installation was complete, they cleaned up thoroughly and stayed to ensure the system was fully operational and running smoothly. It was a seamless, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Sorted are mobile phone contract excellent help

Transfers for energy and mobiles have strait forward. We’ve also got insurance which we can pay monthly without extra charges. Exit fees all paid. Monthly bill easy to understand
