London, 10th June 2024: Utility Warehouse (UW) has appointed Tracey Costley as its new Customer Services Director to deliver an even better experience for customers and help power growth across the business.

Tracey, who has more than 25 years’ of customer service experience, joins UW at a crucial time with the business undergoing record growth having passed the one million customer milestone in March this year.

At UW, Tracey will lead the front-of-house customer support teams across all service areas - energy, telecoms and financial services - as the business sets its sights on doubling in size to two million customers over the medium term.

Tracey brings a wealth of experience to UW, having held senior roles at SSE and OVO before her previous role at Shell Energy where she led its customer operations team. Tracey has also had experience in telecoms and worked in central government.
