Customer service advisor went out of their way to ensure that I received the correct information and passed onto the correct department to deal with my query. As correct department was closed phoned me back the next morning so he could transfer me to that department.

Everything is pretty good. It is all made easier by having one direct debit and I like the discounts you get for certain things. I would recommend.

When I contacted UW with a problem I found staff listened carefully, asked questions and fully understood what was needed. No one tried to sell me anything, I was given advice and any decision was left up to me. No pressure. The matter was resolved at no cost to me.

Why not take a look at a utility service that gives you one bill for all services including home insurance and does have just one office and no advertising costs yet has excellent customer services plus lower rates for you to benefit from to take control and manage your utility costs.

Neil Whitmore-Potts is your agent locally, he is fantastic and always helps He has saved me a lot of money through Utility Warehouse, very efficient, polite and kind and doesn't use jargon. He helped me get a good tariff. I sat with him as he dealt with customer services and once again received first class service.

Tam,the operative I talked with regarding upgrading my WiFi package was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We discussed the option, my particular needs and the most suitable upgrade agreed upon. We also discussed what was involved and areed a time and date for engineer to attend.

Great customer service - so simple to change supplier with them - it's all done for you and so quickly. And the cash back card - complete no brainer! It reduces my energy bill even more every month as I spend on things I was going to buy anyway!

I am 90 years young and I guess I was lucky to have a Guide and mentor helping me when I switched to U W. Michelle arranged for my mobile and home phone numbers to stay the same,and was there every step of the way. I have just received my first bill from U W and I must say, it is most impressive. Every item shown. Most impressed so far
