Been a customer with Utility Warehouse now for 4 years. My friend who was with them and loved them suggested I speak to a local UW partner that had helped them save £1500 a year on their bills. I love having all my bills together in one place. It takes all the hassle away of dealing with multiple providers and the customer service is excellent if you ever do need to call them. You also get through quickly and they are really helpful. We saved about £70 a month over what we were paying before moving to UW and we even get cashback on all our everyday spending which I love. That's an average of about £35 a month off our bill, effectively giving us free broadband! Highly recommend to people looking for simplicity, good customer service, and ongoing low pricing

Great package smooth transfer and have saved money. Love having the onepayment for everything instead of three every month. The rewards system have had to go back due to itial sign up not reflected as per sign up phone call but they seem to be very quick ti try and resolve things so good service over all.

My replacement Cashback card would not initially process payments. The consultant named Blessing successfully solved the problem and all is ok again.

I’ll always recommend this company. Got my mother in law to switch and saved her hundreds per month on her bills. Although is disappointing that the cashback percentage has decreased on Aldis. We still get 1% which is better than nothing but at its highest I think it was 5%.

From the start I have found UW helpful, getting answers to any query quickly and efficiently and the app very easy to use to see my bill statements and so much more. I recommend it to anyone who want to keep their budgets simple as its one monthly payment that covers gas, electric, broadband, landline( optional), mobile phones (the more you have the cheaper the overall tarrif) then the cash back card gives you money back on everything you purchase which comes directly off of your monthly bill. That saving adds up quickly, especially if you purchase in big name shops. I enjoyed knowing that what I was going to spend anyway is actually helping me to pay my electric and gas bill etc. The only negative...if it is one, is that I frequently topped up my cash back card as I enjoyed finding new places to purchase from, giving me more cash back.

The chap I delt with was polite and helpful phoned me back next day with the update .The worst thing was the wait to be spoken to 38 minutes mabe you could look at your waiting time for customers to get through to you
