Very pleased with service

I had a little bumpy start, as some of service that I have chose couldn’t have been transferred, I've been with few people on the phone who seemed nice and was trying to help, couldn’t really fault them. However couple days ago I’ve try to activate the SIM card and I seemed to keep having issues so called them yesterday (5th May 26) to find out what’s going on. I had this lovely gentleman Dave on the phone who I found it very helpful and pleasant to speak to. He took his time to look back on what has been done and to look into the issue, he took the ownership of the situation and made sure that it is addressed while in the phone with him. He explained what was the issue and ensure that all the points are addressed. Dave has also offered a compensation for the inconvenience which I found it very kind of him. He did came across as a real asset to the team and company. BIG THANK YOU to DAVE! Complete opposite to the experience that had on 29/04/26 with the men who were not be able to even explain a simple thing like billing periods. Was quite rude and despite saying that I need to go and that it is now becoming very frustrating he still carried on round in circles trying to explain something that I no longer wanted to hear about.

I have been with UW for a lot of years. They easy to contact and help you with any questions or problems, it's just a phone call away I also think that the bills are quite reasonable. Give it a go I think you will love it and I highly recommend it.

I was concerned about my very old router, possibly not giving me good protection. The young man helped me and suggested I should have a more up to date router. This was delivered within a couple of days. Good service.

I had issues with connecting to my sky box. Contacted tech support and spoke to Andre he not only fixed the problem but suggested savings with a quicker broadband band package. Great service, Thankyou.

I recently changed my electric & Gas to UW to save quite a bit of money, almost a third. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the service and even more pleased to save money.

I love UW. So easy to view bills and you manage energy, BB, phone and insurance. Easy to contact them if you need to via phone and call back service or WhatsApp. The best bit is the money off your biting bills-the cash back card! I’ve saved over £1300 since June 19.

Good morning yes customer service is excellent

As I have only been a customer for a very short time it is perhaps too soon to be asked to give a review. I can only say so far my experience has been very smooth transition from Talk Talk to Utility Warehouse.

We were migrated from TalkTalk, and our broadband has continued without interruption, which is good, but we did have a small issue with our first bill, which was higher than expected. The agent we spoke to dealt with this issue competently, so we are looking forward to a smoother ride now. We received a communication advising us that we would receive a new router, but we are still waiting for it.

Our bill from this energy provider would fit into our previous energy providers bill 8 times this is currently what impressed us the most, we can also communicate with our now provider and get a reply too.

So far the changeover from my previous provider has gone smoothly with no hiccups. Fingers crossed that continues.
