Most often UW customer service is great. I had just one issue when I got a new phone and wanted my eSIM card transferred over to the new phone. Unfortunately this took almost 3 days causing me a much distress as I was stranded away from my home and cygnet back without it. The technical crew were brilliant and I may have spoken to so many but for some reason it just didn’t accept my eSIM on many an occasions… then it finally did on the 3rd day !! Thank you !

Never had a problem with any of UW products. Good value for money

Was disappointed to find my bill was not covering my monthly energy bill but it was resolved on a phone call. As a pensioner I was not happy that I was needing to pay more a month to be out of debt but have been with UW for a long time and hope to stay longer.

You never have to chase them, you make a request and they fulfil it pronto

Vandals stole the copper wire from my telephone exchange & the village lost comms for weeks! UW were proactive from day one regarding timescales & statutory compensation & when the situation was resolved they were right on to crediting the account. Fantastic service. 5 star plus. Unlike Talktalk who lied, evaded & were utterly incompetent in a similar situation.
