Query solved and anytime I have to contact them about something I always get a good answer which answers all my queries. A very good firm. Which deals with everything. Gas electricity mobile phones etc without having to deal with multiple supplier.

Experience was not great , just ok. Getting through was a nightmare and once I spoke with someone it took another 20+ minutes to sort what I call a simple request dealt with.

The person that fitted the new junction box and network cable to telephone post across the road managed it very well. The Internet has improved since installation.

All went well during our phone call with Vera but it was necessary to correct a few things which hadn't been done after our phone call 6 days before. For example, our new PIN which we were waiting for had not been actioned by UW so things were in limbo. Also, things we had been told about the process were incorrect so Vera needed to change a few things. We also switched to a fixed rate deal for energy after it was explained to. So, this contact was good but the last one wasn't!
