Smart meter October offer

Selected customers contacted throughout September 2023 are eligible for the following two £50 promotional credits if they meet the following criteria:

1. £50 Smart meter October offer

• Customers contacted throughout September 2023 are eligible for a further £50 credit if they book (and successfully have installed) a smart meter before 31/10/23. This offer is subject to engineer availability and a credit will only be paid out on successful installation of the meter.

2. £50 Smart meter incentive payment

• For new customers only who take an electricity service, or gas and electricity services. Following the installation of a smart meter, UW shall make a one-off credit of £50 to the new customer’s next monthly bill, or, where the customer has a prepayment meter, UW will apply a one-off credit of £50 to the meter.

• We do not credit customers who joined us already with an S2 meter installed by a previous supplier.

• Customers' accounts must not be/have been in arrears at the time of the install.

If you are eligible, both £50 credits will be applied to your UW account following a completed smart meter installation. These £50 credits may appear across two separate monthly bills.
