Boiler & Home Cover - 3 months free

1. Promotion Overview

1.1. These promotional terms and conditions form part of our Residential Products Terms and Conditions and all other terms and policy documentation related to your Boiler & Home Cover policy (the “Agreement”) and should be read in conjunction with them.

2. Promotional Terms

2.1. This offer is only available between 1st June 2026 and 31st July 2026 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).

2.2. During the Promotional Period eligible customers shall receive their first three months of Boiler & Home Cover free (the “Promotional Price”).

2.3. At the end of the initial three months, the Promotional Price shall revert back to standard monthly pricing as defined at the point of policy purchase and in your policy schedule.

3. Eligibility & Application

3.1. This promotion is available to existing and new UW homeowner customers that:

3.1.1. Have not held Boiler & Home Cover Policy with us at any point during the 3 months immediately preceding the promotional start date; and have not had a successful claim on a previous Boiler & Home Cover policy with us within the previous 2 years.

3.1.2. Sign up via Join The Club, MyAccount or through a phone call with one of our advisors.

3.2. All standard eligibility criteria for Boiler & Home cover as set out in the Agreement continues to apply.

3.3. Upon renewal of the policy at 12 months the price of your policy will be presented as part of your renewal quote document.

4. General

4.1. UW reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion relating to the Boiler & Home Cover product.

4.3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement continue to apply during and after the promotional period.

4.4. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes within the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
