Smart Love2Shop Winter 2025 £50 Promotion

The prize draw is open to Utility Warehouse (“UW”) customers over 18 years of age who receive an offer .

To qualify a customer must, between 29 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 inclusive, both (1) book a smart meter installation appointment and (2) have at least one traditional energy meter upgraded to a smart energy meter. Bookings are subject to smart meter upgrade eligibility and engineer availability (“Eligible Customer”). For the avoidance of doubt, smart meter installations which are carried out involuntarily for the purpose of debt recovery are excluded from this promotion, and appointments moved outside the promotion window for any reason, even if outside the control of the customer, will not be eligible.

Each Eligible Customer shall receive an email, letter or sms to claim a £50 Love2Shop gift card. Please see Clause 10 for further details on Love2Shop’s privacy information.

All entries are subject to verification. UW accepts no liability for any lost or delayed entries.

The £50 Love2Shop gift card is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. No purchase is necessary.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding this promotion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the directors of UW shall be final and binding on all entrants. UW reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

These T&Cs and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

The use of the Love2Shop gift card is subject to additional terms as set out by Love2Shop and will be communicated separately. We reserve the right to replace the voucher with an alternative item of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
