Roaming Costs for EU/EEA

When roaming in the EU, always check the network that your mobile connects to. For example, if you're travelling to the Greek islands, your mobile may inadvertently connect to a network in Turkey. If you inadvertently connect to a non-EU network when abroad, you may incur roaming charges in line with that country.
EU/EEA countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands (Spain), Croatia, Cyprus (South), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana (France), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe (France), Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique (France), Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion (France), Romania, Saint Barthelemy (France), Saint Martin (France), San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City.

How can I set up, amend or remove a spend cap when roaming abroad?
Our free Budget Control tariff prevents any charges beyond your monthly allowance.' Click the button below, choose the mobile number you want to change, click ‘More options’ and then ‘Change Budget Control.’
Changes to Budget Control will go live on the 1st of the following month, so please make sure to do this ahead of your trip.
Looking to limit spend on international calls too?
Once you’ve turned on Budget Control, you can turn on an international call cap to prevent out-of-bundle call charges when abroad.
On your chosen mobile number, click ‘Change SIM settings.’ You’ll be directed to the ‘Roaming and International page.’ Click the blue pencil next to ‘International call cap’ and set your preferred limit.
