When you switch at least three of your services (one must be energy): energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (excluding Home Insurance), and you are a new customer, we’ll give you credit up to £400 towards any termination fees you have to pay your current providers. You’ll need to return any equipment and pay for services you used before you cancel. Additional requirements apply to customers who are tenants.
*For cancellations within 30 days of the policy purchase if the period of insurance hasn’t started and if no claim has been made. If a claim has been made, you must pay any remaining premium due for the term of the policy.
