An engineer will install a Full Fibre service powered by the CityFibre network alongside your existing broadband service. This will involve:
Arranging an engineer appointment where you need to provide access to the property
Running a new fibre cable into the property and installing a new fibre optical network termination point (ONT) - some drilling work will be required to fix this to an appropriate place
It’s an opportunity to try our reliable and powerful full-fibre broadband and compare it with your existing connection without incurring downtime on your existing service.
Ideally, you should take our router so that you can run both connections at the same time and experience no downtime at all. There is no postage and packaging charge for the UW Wi-Fi hub.
If you ordered UW Whole-home Wi-Fi (eero devices) you will be charged £2.50/month per device even in the first 6 months. You will not be charged postage and packaging if the Eero devices were ordered as part of your broadband order.
You can cancel the service without any early termination fee within 6 months from when the service went live. If you cancel after 6 months, current rules apply (remaining monthly charges discounted by 20% + £10 disconnection fee)
Homeowners that take at least one more core service alongside a Cityfibre full fibre broadband service (energy, mobile)
Only existing Non-Broadband UW customers who are homeowners with one other core service (energy, mobile).
Yes, you do. Once you decide you are happy with UW Full Fibre, you need to contact your other provider to disconnect the other service. We will fund up to £400 of early termination fees if you take at least three of our services (one must be energy): energy, broadband and mobile. For more information see here.

We have partnered with CityFibre which is allowing us to offer this promotion in certain areas. Cityfibre is in 85 cities across the country and is building a network that will reach 8 million homes.
Full Fibre 100 and Full Fibre 500 are free for the first 6 months. From months 7-18 you will pay our new customer introductory pricing (£28 a month for Full Fibre 100 / £35 a month for Full Fibre 500). After 18 months, you will be out of contract and will pay our out-of-contract pricing.
Your Energy tariff (should you have one) will be affected if the cancelled Broadband service isn’t replaced with another core service within the existing grace period afforded.
